Amended statement

DS had his statement amended after having a reassessment and review meeting 23rd Nov. I still haven't had a copy of it. Does anyone know how long it should take. I have rang the LA and they just said sorry, it will be done soon. It is supposed to have a change of schools, to which ds started in Jan. I would really like to use it as evidence fro his dla renewal.

No great tech knowledge but a three month delay sounds pretty poor tbh

I think you might need to read the SENCOP as am sure there is clear guidance on this and as there has been a change of school will have some legalities to it being amended. Sorry not much help but am sure someone will be along soon to help you out.
