Fri night too tired for....

Hi, I have been looking for the friday night thread, did we decide last week not to... or is everyone busy? feel a bit presumptious (sp?) starting it, but hey ho..

How was everyones week?

half term has been busy but good here at the sign household. Little sign went to the holiday trampolining group and the lady (who hadn't seen him since summer hols) said how far he had come with his behaviour, so am thrilled. Grin

Today he said (verbally) a recognisable four and five, yippee! double Grin

I have stinking cold Sad and I am still waiting for the school to decide if they want me to teach them to sign... Hmm

Anyone else out there?

Had a lovely day, DS2s best ( only) friend who moved away ( selfish I call it) came for a sleepover. Admittedly he played almost exclusively with DS 3 but what the heck. No wine but takeaway pizza for tea.

I have Wine in the fridge, but too drugged up with cold tabs to partake Sad am reduced to hot lemon Brew

Im to tired to get a drink and dh is refusing to go and get me one, i am trying to bribe him but he's still not moving out of his chair.

Have just eaten a KitKat Senses (caramel) and now feeling very guilty as trying to cut down on the chocolate.

hey bigcar how is the signing practice going? the BSL tutor I had lined up for school has fallen thru (sounds like she is down a big hole doesn't it! Hmm

I said wouldnt feel ok to do BSL but could teach them SSE/TC and wouldn't charge, wish they would get finger out and say yes or no..

I've not done any yet this holiday, think I may be in trouble next week! Not with the teacher, more in an able to keep up way iyswim Smile Wish I had the answer about schools making decisions, dd3s is awful for that.

Mmm wine for me ds is at his dads tonight lots of lovely wine and an old friend just messages me askin me if I needed money for ds's resources. I turned him down of course but it made me cry... There are still lovely people out there

I'll be hitting the port in a bit I think. I was supposed to be on a rare night out with a friend tonight. I'd warned the girls dozens of times and gone through what would be happening step by step. Then friend's DH decides that actually he's going out so she has to stay home Grrrrrrr!

Oh well.

For those who saw my posts last Friday night........DH got the job! Tada!!!!

Soooo relieved because he'll now get paid all his salary and expenses every month and nobody will demand he drives 150 miles for a 10 minute meeting at 5.00pm on a Friday!

YIPPPEEEEE!

Anybody want to share my big bar of Galaxy? I'm in a generous mood.

worst half term in the history of half terms-ds has chickenpox,so couldn't do anything

actually in the middle of a game of scrabble,so better go for my turn

So wish I'd found all you lovely people years ago. It just feels like coming home. Much nicer than all that playground bloody politics I've got to go back to next week. Mind you I'll be glad to get DS 2 back into routine.

sitting here chinese and watching first series of Miranda but feeling depressed and got a snotty nose too got daughters friends for sleepover here as well too tired for all this giggling stuff they do bless em

Only boys here. I always wanted girls but now can't imagine anything different. No snot here, just "little visitors" making us itch. Oh joy. Is Miranda good? Watching House here.

Oh no it was us who had chicken pox, hope your ds isn't too bad with it.

I have driven back from Devon today, had a lovely break, nice place with a lovely pool Dd3 had her usual holiday home key obsession and a mad one about vertical slides LOL.

Have swum loads, eaten loads and not had much sleep, am off to bedSmile.
