asd schools and units in East London

Hello im wondering if anyone can help ive posted a lot on here recently about my son who is in yesr one.He is up and down at school and I was wondering if anyone has any experience of special schools or units in East London , my son has been described as medium functioning but he has problems with maths and has hypermobility, there have also been issues with him hitting children any advice would be welcome

i dont know about your area but i visited some units in MS schools local to me and a special ASD school what kind of info do you want to know

Depending on where you are you could look at TreeHouse in N10 or Kestrel House in N8. I know for a fact that TreeHouse had a pupil from somewhere in East London and also has one from as far away as Richmond. ALthough the journey can seem too far it often isn't, it depends on route and traffic and can actually be OK. The pupil from Richmond takes an hour to get there which is within the bounds of acceptability from LEA pov and from the pov of most parents.
