Hello, I am a student studying an Access to teaching diploma and I would like some help with a questionnaire that I am conducting for a research project. The questionnaire will only take 5 minutes and is aimed at parents of special educational needs children and their search for an educational setting for their child/children. Just Yes No answers required. All information given will remain confidential and completely anonymous, no names are asked for on the questionnaire itself. If you are willing to spare 5 minutes please reply and I will forward the questionnaire to you by private mail, alternatively arrangements can be made so I can conduct the questionnaire over the telephone.
