Statement Maths and English input

I have just had my dds revised statement and it's pretty much as it was when she was 7 she is 11 now. There have been additions but originally I was just wanting more LSA hours, SaLT provision and OT hours. Now I have all of this and have other worries.

What I believe she needs now is a specialist programme for English and Maths put in place with say one hour a week of specialist maths and English teaching by a Special needs teacher or Maths/English specialist. At the moment she is just taken out of class with the rest of the SEN children and follows what they are doing, most are quite low functioning or can't read so this doesn't really mean she is having any benefit. She hates it because she is bored.

Any ideas on how to put the wording in for this and if anyone else has asked and received something similar.

I am finding that the level of teaching she is receiving is very low compared to say a child who is taken out and taught one to one with the SEN teacher as the poor readers do, following a specific programme. She spends too much time being supervised by LSAs so receives very little teaching time.

Any ideas welcome, my thought aren't so clear on this subject so I don't really know how to word it.
