Giant buttons are delish..

Since DS is GFCF we don't buy that stuff anymore so there's nothing to raid...

DH still working and so I've had no dinner yet.

moosemama · 11/02/2011 20:29

Well, I weakened and ate ..... TWO WHOLE BUTTONS!

I am now officially a bad, chocolate stealing Mummy. Blush

superfantastic · 11/02/2011 20:39

Evening all :)

We had a :) and :( week too...being over emotional, bit of DP stress and both DCs not sleeping well. But then DD got into the new MS school Grin but now I have to find a house, pack move, prepare dd etc so stressed. DP is still job hunting but had another interview today.

....I may just have to have just one Wine

LollipopViolet · 11/02/2011 20:43

Some of you know the early part of my week was spent worrying about my friend. I did actually go and have Wine with another mate on Tuesday which helped, as did H receiving good news from her consultant. But wow it's drained me and have had a few setbacks idea wise at uni too.

moosemama · 11/02/2011 20:43

Evening super, congratulations on dd getting into the new school. I don't envy you the move and all the associated stress though - you are a very brave lady indeed.

I think you definitely deserve a glass this evening.

superfantastic · 11/02/2011 20:46

...but I had celebratory rum last night! Shock

bigcar · 11/02/2011 20:59

Oops, sorry!

Lollipop, sorry to hear you've had a difficult and upsetting week. Hope you get some time over the weekend to rest and recuperate.

devientenigma · 11/02/2011 21:59

moose-you've just given me the idea...I know where there are some of ds's choc buttons -they'd go well with my bedtime Brew (I'll get him some more)

lollipop, glad your friend got some good news

superexciting news,-when does dd start at the new school-do you have to move far ?

moosemama · 11/02/2011 22:02

You're very welcome. Smile

I reckon they've fallen asleep on the sofa! Grin

superfantastic · 11/02/2011 22:21

We only need to move a few miles and nearer family, transport links etc. I rang the school today and they said she can start after half term but we cant move/prepare her by then so its either after easter hols or end of march...depending on finding a house! I cant believe how great there ofsted report is from last year...even points out how good they are with sn...and my friend works there too. :)

devientenigma · 12/02/2011 08:04

sounds like you had a good night carrot Brew

Thecarrotcake · 12/02/2011 08:36

:) was good .. Thanks for the Brew.. That exctly what I'm doing before a call and speak to all the dc's ( they are all in different places lol).

Ds1 looks like he may have glandular fever .. but his dad pushed for him to still go for his weekend.. Which basically has led ex to havefamily help him out and the boys are seperate... ( he should have just let ds1 stay home!)... Grrrrr

and dd is being given all the attention inthe world from my mum :).. So they are pottering about garden centres and the beach etc etc :)

dh is at work. And I have the biggest load of washing to go with my slightly dodgey head!

OP posts:
devientenigma · 12/02/2011 08:39

make you just want to spin your head lol, have a 2nd Brew

intothewest · 12/02/2011 08:44

Glad you had a good time- shame about DS1-I'd have a few Brew - sit down and put your feet up when the washing is in-make the most of the peace and quiet Smile
