Hi,
We received our report back from Tribunal last week and in it they have said dd is getting enough support at school and go on to say what she is having-well she was having this last May time when the Senco did the report......
I have spoken to her teacher and asked if her what is in the letter from the Tribunal is in place and non of it is apart from 10mins 1-1 maths, no small group literacy 2hrs, small group maths 2 hrs, hour with senco-none of this is happening.
They said she has use to a laptop/pc-this is not true.
Not quite sure where to turn from here??
Do I take this up with the Head teacher?
Our mediator is trying to set up a post tribunal meeting with the LEA and school to get in progress what should be.
Any advice-we do plan to apply for a statement again at the end of this year-as dd will be going in to Yr 6 and will not cope in the larger schools.
x

I would definitely make an appointment with the Head Teacher, but also the SENCo. You need to know why the arrangements have not continued since she moved up a year.
