There is specific provision in a variety of areas for groups or 1:1 for 20 minutes here and there (probably equaling about 2 hours a week) but the global figure is 20 hours with no other breakdown of how that is to be applied 1:1 etc.
I can just see that slipping in to 'in class support' or the school's general coffers.
We will appeal on a variety of issues but what is your experience of a general global figure like this. Is it the norm?
