ED Psych has stated in Case Statement for Tribunal that the reason further assessment of DS is needed to be given in as late evidence because I refused to allow access????

True ds only seen 5 days before end date but in the whole 3.5 months the Ed Psych never contacted me before?

Who do i complain too...I have already had issues with 'the report' written which was not correct or accurate!

You must write to the Tribunal and refute these lies.

You should also raise a formal complaint to teh Chief exec of your Local Authority. that will stop them pulling this particulary shitty trick again.

it doesn't surprise me. Nothing I hear about teh ways LAs work surprises me after my own dealings with them. It's bullying and the only way to stop a bully is to face them down - so formal complaint is definitely needed.

You coudl also complain to the LGO as this is maladministration - a corruption of due process.

You need to hit them hard to keep them doen

Any tribunal or appeal should always include any maladministration and any instance when due process was not carried out. Quite often this is the only thing that will jump start any action. Opinions are 'grey' areas, the process is black and white - no wiggle room - unless they lie, in which case keep hard evidence.

Local Government Ombudsman - he hears complaints about really poor behaviour by LAs - such as lying about you refusing an appointment but Aunteveil is right - definitely tell SENDIST about it.
