Needing advice please. Sm was agreed last month. I have now received an invitation for a review of IEP in mid-January to 'set targets for the next term - the meeting will last about 20 minutes'. Am I right in thinking that a review should be undertaken as soon as possible after sm has been finalised? The last review meeting was utter rubbish but as I knew sm was imminent I let it go. I have said to HT that I wanted a 'proper' IEP with Smart targets in future.
Also they say they are going to advertise for LSA but this has not happened yet and am concerned that delays after Xmas will mean no proper support until Feb.

It just annoys me that they seem to take all the time in the world - ds is in his last year there so only has a few more months. Would be nice to get adequate support before he goes!
