School action or action plus?

ds was on school action, has been seeing ed psych since yr1, so should he actually be on school action +, rather than school action becuase school are having help from ed psych?

He is on school action plus if the Ed Psych is involved.

Oh right. But I dont think he is....my story is sooooooo long but i will post it here in the next week or so because I need help with what to do. to cut along story short, school are failing him and are piss poor communiators-ive only had one copy of a school action IEP since he started there(2yrs ago) I need to start building evidence for a statement before I pullhim out of there. they have never ever said hes on school actionplus, but then again all they seem to have done is lied and deceived us. Thanks for your help! x

Ask to see the school records on your child and request a statement yourself.

Sounds like you need to download a copy of the SEN Code of Practice if you haven't already got one. It is only voluntary but it is good practice for schools to follow it. It will also give you an idea of what you need for a statutory assessment.
