Extra provision without a fight! What's going on?

We were happy with proposed statement and given more hours than we hoped for (school were even surprised by the hours we were given). Have been chasing the final statement but it's been delayed as the new proposed school wanted 4 extra hours to meet all the requirements in part 3. Heard today that they've been agreed so now have even more hours without having to fight or go to tribunal.

Not bad after being told I wouldn't get a statement. Should I change my name now and not be fighting anymore or is that asking for trouble? Wink

The office I deal had the phonelines go down for about a week - no phones or emails. Think it may have got to them a bit!
