Aghh clothes .. But nothing changed

It's bite me in the bum karma .. Ds has sensory issues.. I have been quite proud of myself that clothes although are an issue.. Are a tiny issue due to how we deal with it without even really thinking.

But this morning ds's uniform was all wrong.. It was heavy and scratchy, too big/small and just not right.

It's been washed exactly the same way with the same brand washing liquid, tumbled the same way, ironed and folded the same way... But today it's wrong and boy did we hear about it!
( even though he was wearing the same soft cotton tshirt under as usual).

I'm thinking it might be general overload and anxiety rather than the clothes .. But clothes ( and food ATM) are getting it in the neck!... Roll on the next batch of appointments and meetings... Or my boy will be naked and starving!

Aww, Arsenic, that sucks for you both. It sounds like overload could be right, can you afford a duvet day this week? Let me know if I can make anything to help :)

Thanks purple. :)

I think this is a ride it out job.. we've been on melt down since 4 pm.. Sensory seeking/ over load and general hard workness.

( tomorrow is another day).

Sounds like "naked in a darkened room with very quiet hippy whale music and a lava lamp" would be a better suggestion Grin

PS I'm planning a bit of an experiment with a recipe for Therapy putty that apparently uses 2 cups of PVA glue to one of liquid starch, which I think means cornflour. If it works, shall I let you know?
