Ok its been 7 weeks and 2 days since I last heard from the LEA after they sent me a copy of an amended proposed final statement. Their first amended proposed final statement was sent to me 9 weeks and 2 days ago.
I have emailed the LEA to ask them when my daughters final statement will arrive (need to appeal some parts at tribunal) got a will reply within 5 working days. Everyone at LEA is unattainable, on lunch, not in office, or on holiday or ill - you know the score....
Are they still within their timescales?

Actually its been 10 weeks since I received their first amended proposed final statement and 9 weeks and 2 days since I first responded.
Then 7 weeks and 2 days since I had their last amended proposed final statement..

Well if they apply the same way for a new proposed statement (8 weeks deadline including 15 days for negotiating ect) then the LEA are 2 weeks overdue...hmmm what to do next..

Its 6 weeks since the LEA agreed to make a statement for my son as well after deciding not to oppose my tribunal appeal against a note in leiu...

Bet they try sending them both together and hope that I am too overrun by paperwork to see the wood for the trees!
