School photos came back today, you now those slips you get with the sample photo on it.

DS1 (NT) came home with 2, DS2 came home with............10 Grin. He wouldn;t sit properly for the photographer, kept asking questions about the light and in the end they brought DS1 in to sit with him so I've got some lovey photos. The solo ones of DS2 are hilarious though, is little face is just typical of him.

ah, funny - lucky you though getting to see them all! we only ever get one! i thought our DD1 one was OK, but now I've had the actual image emailed I can see it is quite a false smile and doesn't really look like her. Still, that's how she looks in most photos, not knocking them for trying!!!

I love photos of my DS s just as they are, silly expressions and all. When i'm old (er) and grey (er) that is what i want to remember, not a fake smile, but the toothy squinty eyed questioning look as to WTF is going on and why do i have to look that way and not over there?

Our recent one of DD was lovely. :)

But when I ask her to smile for my camera she poses as what can only be decribed as a 'inflatable doll face'!!! Ive no idea where she got the expression from. Confused

Glad you got the photos done and you got a choice! :)

the truck I have found for a natural smile is to pretend your just fiddling with the camera.. And say a rude word or make a rude noise ( slap stick humour).. And then snap away Wink.
