School photos

DS1 and DS2 have school photo time tomorrow.

DS2 is in reception so has not had one before. School take a photo together unless you don't want this.

Problem is DS1 says consistently he hates DS2 and wants a photo on his own. He finds his general bouncy NT behaviour too much to cope with. DS2 of course loves DS1 and would love to have his photo with his big brother.

I have spoken to DS1 and told him we would like it ifg he had his photo taken with his brother. He wasn't keen but I think he will do it.

I've warned him not to lash out at him but I am worried that he might just lose it and it will end badly. Either DS2 will get a thump or DS1 will sit there with a miserable face..

Do you think I should stick to joint photos (which DS2 would like) or seperate them?

God why is nothing ever simple!!!

I'd leave it to the school and the photographer to deal with.. And see what you get :)

it should be a rather quick process and the photographer should be able to see if a joint photo will work or if singles would be better.

Then I'd say to the boys you will take a photo to make up for what you don't get at home :)
