GRRRRR Referal not made!

had an appt for DS1 at beginning of October, called today to see if further appt had been made -as I was told it would be, and the doctor has not passed DS1 name over to the other department.

so now I am looking at february earliest before we get on the waiting list - grrrrrrrrrrrr

ug i hate that

Call them again and say that as the mistake was theirs, you want your ds moved up the waiting list to where he would be if the next appoint had been made-say you cant wait until February.

Write to them too more difficult to ignore a letter.
