What's the youngest age that's old enough for it?

The website says 6 but do you think a younger child would get it, especially one with Autism and a slight learning delay?

He'd love the lights but think he might not get what he's supposed to do.

My DS with ASD went when he was 9 and really, really hated it.

It had dry ice as well as flashing lights, both of which distressed him.

But the worst thing was he kept on getting hit! Even when he was hiding behind something.

He came out very distressed - and I won't be taking him back for many years.

Does he normally like flashing lights?

My DS (8) hated it too, too loud, dark etc and didn't "get" it at all. Only went in last time because DH was told he had to do it too Grin He's off to another party next week and again DH hasn't been given an option .....

The time he didn't like it, did he go in without you or DH?

The time he hated it he was with all his friends from school, when he went in with DH he was much better but still doesn't want to go on his own this weekend.
