Surely they can't complain about the lumbar punctures- they weren't even done in the UK.

there was a doc here recently and now parents are very worried about the MMR etc... so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I would imagine the have jurisdiction over the lumbar punctures as this relates to his professional conduct and whether he should be sturck off or suspended or whatever and he is registered (I presume) here in the UK. Also, was it part of a study funded by a UK hospital? that would be relevant too.
