Just wanted to say that I posted a while ago re ds3 aged 5 (asd). The LA were refusing to assess him for a statement. Anyway to cut a long story short his caseworker called me today (after various meetings about him) and said that he would be getting a statement!
I wouldn't have got this far if it wasn't for all your very helpful advice (I'm sure issuing it won't be straightforward) but I am really grateful and really appreciate the advice you all gave me. Thanks again
