SN Friday Night too tired for .....

Hot chocolate, teas, coffee and alcohol is on the table folks..

I'll be on and off the thread tonight but have a gas bag and I'll catch up :)

Just popping in. Have been to hospital with DD2 (3.2) overnight, because the GP thought she may have diabetes.

It is looking unlikely now. But she is drinking too much, which is causing some of her symptoms, so we need to cut back and monitor it.

I'm exhausted. Do carry on..

Evening All

glad it's Friday, 2 days off of leaving DS1 breaking his heart at the school gate. Apparently he settles quickly and not to worry as they will contact me if anything really bad happens. Somehow this is just not reassuring. Blubbed myself twice at gates, kind mums looked after me but I do fear I am now known as weepy mum. Ach well.

Sorry you've had a bit of a poo week woolytree, hope your DH gets a better job asap.

I'm waiting for DH to return with food.

Are everyone else's dc in bed? Mine are still up watching the new ritual of 2 episodes of Shaun the sheep. And pretending they're hungry to try & con dh into letting them stay up a bit longer.

DS1 is up, DS2 is watching a dvd in bed(Nightmare before Christmas) and DS3 is in the land of nod.

DS2 came out of schoo yesterday with his pants neary around his ankes, h had been dressing himself after PE and his 1:1 didn;t think of buttoning him up. Luckiy he had clean undies on.

My Dcs are nearly 5 and 1 so both in bed....although they did resist. :)

Got the red wine opened and as I cant get a takeaway..(due to DHs risky behaviour re Job)...I am microwaving the lamb curry from the restaurant he works in...sort of a free takeaway i suppose!

Blimey Lougle I hope DD2 gets well soon.

My 2 are in bed (they are 5 and 3) though DS1 has only just stopped waffling.

Food was yum, DH has now taken his friend home so have perfect peace.

Glad your DS2 had clean undies on 5andahead! DS1 came home with his top on inside out so I assume he had PE today. He had his jumper over the top so at least it wasn't visible to everyone I suppose!

Hi all. Ds is in bed and I have a glass of wine so can relax for the first time this week. It's been a bit of a nightmare not helped by Camh counsellor sitting analysing me & dh. Thinks ds anxiety all due to everyone around him (us and school) being anxious about him. Also as he wants to control everything and everyone perhaps we should give him control to stop him being frustrated! Says she doesn't know what difference a dx will make either - give me strength.

And DS2's finally fallen asleep at quite a reasonable time considering his long nap, this afternoon. He's even cuter when he's asleep, btw!

Time to log off I think, now we can open the wine and watch The Mentalist. Goodnight all!

I think everyone has gone off to bed, so this is a hello and good bye, I usually miss the fri nite chat, but was determined to log on for it this week. Been out to the signing class I organised locally. Tutor is brill really funny and supportive and everyone seems to be enjoying (PHew!)

My little chappy been pretending to be a lion today, I have to sit and not look at him, usually singing 'tum te tum te tum; while he does comedy sneaking up and leaps out going 'ROOAARR' and I have to yelp and say 'Oh no a lion!!!!' he then rolls around laughing, have to say v v cute.

Well I disapeared earlier.. And I've just got time to pop in here to find everyones gone to bed!

I've had to shoe horn ds1 upstairs .. And deal with a very noisy ds2 sleep talking loudly most of the evening.. Luckily dd slept through it.

Hey hey dev.. me too.. I'm so so tired.. But, I have the lurgy cold from hell amdi don't want to lay down and start coughing .. And I can't sleep on a tilt.. So proping isn't going to work..
My mother would tell me I need the cold tar lamp!!!
( shudder at memories)
