Sad weekend for DD (& me)

DH is in hospital (since Tuesday)

We wet to visit

Yesterday wasn't too bad, we left OK not too many tears, but today was awful.

DD cried nearly all the way home

Oh, I am so sorry. Must be very difficult for you all.

Thanks - it's a long way home to cry

I was told off for letting him get so bad before taking him in for treatment - we waited days for a day (well over a week)

She's gone terribly withdrawn

I guess she will be in my bed again tonight

I have never seen her like this; well I have in the middle of that awful time in the spring when she was so ill

It's so scary

I dont know what to do about school tomorrow

Don't worry about school till morning. Oddly, the usual miserable routine might help her a bit. You'll know if it won't. Hope you're patting youself on the back for getting her through today.
