I move DD2 preschool as the first one was giving no end of hassle and barriers, including only giving 2 sessions and only afternoons, when shes funded for 5 sessions and i asked for mornings because of DD1 routinies. They said they had no further spaces and def no morning till after Easter. They were also going to use staff already there as her 5 hours 1-1 so doubt she would have got much.
New preschool shes got 3 sessions a week in mornings plus luch club, giving her the 15 hours shes funded for and employing someone for her 5 hours 1-1.

Friend texted to say she rang old preschool and been given 2 full days of care starting this week!! I knew they were lying and so glad I moved her as they clearly didnt want her there!

Glad you are now getting what you are entitled to. Your dd will obviously better off in a pre school which pays more than lip service to inclusion. I only realised years afterwards that my ds1's pre school had been messing us about and hadn't done the right things for him.
