PART 3 of Statememt reads

'The authority expect the majority of educatinal needs will be met by school from the range of resources available to them, including the delgated SEN budget..... the primary school will recieve 5 hours additional TA time per week in addition to the schools own resources and will be provided by the home authority (city)...if the child attends a city school (he does) the specified additional support will be provided by funds delegated by the local authority'.

it is the latter were struggling with as now the LA are saying the extra 5 hours are not being funded and must come from schools own resources (angry),

please help yet again!!
