*when do you apply for Motability?*

Just wondering when i should apply for the motability component, DD will be 3 on new years day and hav'nt had the forms through as of yet although been told can apply 4 months beforehand.

I would ring and ask for them. We got ours automatically sent about 4 months before.

Which was good as if we had been sent them when she was 3, we wouldn't have got higher rate I don't think

I thought they were sent automatically about 6 months before the child is 3. That way is should all be in place when the child is able to qualify on their 3rd birthday.

Must admit, although we had ours then, I didn't complete the forms until fairly recently, Amelia is 4 at the end of October.

I would ring and enquire!
