Can I talk to someone who's had a child diagnosed with ODD please.

Hi, my dd 13 has ODD and ADHD x

my DD is 5.4 and I've recently come across ODD. Seems to fit the bill pretty well to be honest. What I would like to know is whether your dd CAN behave well and tow the line? (when she wants to of course!)
Our DD is a handfull to say the least and we're always walking on egg shells. BUT, she can be delightful on occasions. Does ODD include this, are are ODD children incapable of doing what you ask all the time?
I might call my pcamhs lady to discuss also.

DD2 14 has both ADHD and ODD she can be brilliant at times others a nightmare she's now at an age where we can discuss it and she can't explain why likes of if I leave her room alone and not ask her to tidy it it's kept clean but if I ask she just digs her heals in.Other times she does things she's asked so yes they can be good but my DD is older now and when she was your DD's age wasn't really that bad.
