DS stims when he is tired or out of his comfort zone - the stimming is different depending on the situation.

Mine stim when they're stressed or tired. DS1 used to be lethal when he was tired, spinning around the room and leaping all over us in his craving for deep pressure, but his ADHD medication has actually helped with that to some extent.

Ds paces...which is his stim.
Usually it's just when he's thinking or working something out tbh. I don't think he does it when he's stressed any more.

My ds stims a lot to be honest, usually when excited or nervous. But we have seen some beautiful stimming (hand flapping, rocking and jumping on spot) to the rolling credits of star wars and even a deep sea diving programme.

Dd1 rarely stims (when she does its vocal).

Dd2 will stim when stressed and excited (flaps, spins and humms).

Does it count if adults answer too? Me, stim = if very excited or very stressed out. Or unwinding in the evening. Or in the car.

Evenings when tired or just general excitment. I wish he'd do when stressed though as 'the rage' is wearing...

Jumps a bit, flaps a bit, on and off the rebounder (which lives in living room for that purpose)
