Does anyone recommend this programme - the description on the website is a bit vague, but I would be interested in the learn how to analyse and understand your child's behaviours; and how to use structure, so you can pre-empt and cope with problem behaviours. bit.

Hi, we went on the early bird course 18 months ago, we found some of it usefull but a lot of the course did not apply to us and the dd's needs. It was nice to meet other parents in the same situation as us. If you have the time to go i would reccomend it.

I have heard good things about it - but would also recommend going just to meet others who might be in the same boat.

We did it years ago. The behaviour bits were quite useful

You usually need to be referred onto it - and you need to have a pre-schooler (I think) with an ASD diagnosis.

Sometimes local regions adapt it a bit so they can relax those sorts of rules.

If your child is school age to 9 (I think) you do the Earlybird Plus programme.

You do need to be referred, usually Paed can do this.
