with out going into all details - took dd to clarks today for school serive and the serivce was unbelivable - staff we're excellent - and got dd a perfect pari of shoes within 10mins

I pray I get the same service cos I am a bad mama that FORGOT to buy school shoes and now I had to fight the hoards of frantic mothers who also forgot!

Great Fairydust. It is dog eat dog in the shoe shops/depts of Brent X. I wandered through yesterday and was amazed at the crowds and grizzling kids! Lucky I didn't need any....
