As some of you know, we won at tribunal 2 weeks ago. We only got the award till june so we can't go for a car just yet but we can apply for a blue badge. I have the forms all filled in and ready but can not send them off as my LA will only accept letter from DLA as proof not tribunal. I phoned DLA today so see how long it will be till I receive the letter and back pay(all 15 months worth) only to be told that they received the decision on 1st Sept and that is it, I asked what the delay was and was told it was because the decision maker has to check that the tribunal have stuck to point of law, WTF they had a rep there who said he was in full agreement with the panels tribunal. What the hell are they playing at?
