Hi ya, My grandson has always been a bit slow in the toilet training area...we have nappies delivered to us for him because of this. He had made a marked improvment...like going all day with out nappies and using them only at night, but now he doesent seem to know when he needs the loo..he will just poo him self or he will just wee himself...and there are times when he has ran down stairs (pass the toilet) out in garden and has a wee behind the shed..none of it seem to make sense.
Also he can and will use the toilet at times, but not all the time.
Sorry if it all sounds a bit confusing . Can any one through some light on this...could it be a certain food...I dont know what to do so any suggestions please
