Have it in black and White Lea have given everything wanted from Ot input and also confirmation that has been agreed which Ot going in we have halftetmly direct it contact time plus daily Ot and they agreed to provide the equipment that dx gas been assess as needing

even given visits from the PIN team to and it's all in right section 2 and 3 quantified and specfied even included access to sensory not that he needs ATM but. Is in there if does

I can now relax and know that everything that's needed is in place now fir this year and fp trust in the unit he is going to though me thinks there going to use as evidence to proove needs addtional funding and will back them

Think all evidence from private and Nhs made them realise not hope in hell of them winning at tribunal

Well done! My LEA took me all the way to Tribunal, despite the over whelming evidence for OT and SALT and specialist teaching. I think that it should be possible to get an award of costs against an LEA for unreasonable behaviour, in terms of dragging parents to Tribunal.

well done Grin

Great news! I love hearing about LAs admitting defeat Grin

Militantendancy - Tribunals do have the power to award costs, I've put in an application myself. But their idea of 'unreasonable behaviour' is quite limited and tribunals rarely award the full cost if parents have paid for legal/expert fees.
