Getting dx today

DH is at the meeting right now. I was meant to be going too, but my dad had a bad fall so mum can't leave him (she was due to mind the boys for us).

Am secretly glad not to have to attend meeting though! Am fully expecting ASD diagnosis but don't fancy sitting in a room while a group of professionals watch my facial expression as I'm formally told!!

Have paed review appt with DS on Friday anyway, so can ask any questions then.

I know what the outcome of today's meeting will be, but am still SUPER anxious about it!

Good luck, even when you are expecting to hear ASD it is still devastating when you hear it. We found out last week and i'm still very much up and down. Sending a big hug xxx

Good luck. We've got our assessment for ASD (hopefully dx) for ds in a couple of weeks so I expect I'll be joining you.

No surprises, but still a bit sad to hear.
