Am I right in thinking there is a review of statements 6 weeks after they are put into force for nursery entrants?
And if so will I then be able to appeal against a banding decision?
I thought my DS would probably be ok on band 3 and his portage worker thought it was ok too but having spoken to his physio yesterday and after DS's diagnosis this week she is saying he should have full care, also the paediatrician's secretary questioned whether he would cope without full care.
