I have done a bit more digging about this nappies issue that was in chat over the weekend. When I have all my info together I will update the original thread.
There's some interesing links as to how they do things in USA that Barmy Army would probably fall off his perch about.
In the meantime I have obtained 4 templated complaints letters citing the specific NHS standards this policy breaches.
