I am struggling to find anyone that will insure my 4 month old for a trip abroad. He has Prader-Willi syndrome. I was told today that the combination of PWS and his young age makes him uninsurable.
Help! Can anyone recommend a company that won't charge the earth? It's only for a flippin week in France!

We have insurance with our Bank account (Barclays). We have told them of ds2's various conditions from birth (prem, chronic lung disease,GDD, Cp & then asd) as a baby they added a premium, not a huge amount. but there was never any question about them not covering him

Do you need insurance? After all we have a reciprical health agreement with France so hospitals and things should be free...

We use Able2Travel for dd.

I would never go without insurance. If a hospital stay means you can't get your flight, have to stay longer and pay for accomodation it soon mounts up.

My sister uses Direct Travel [ her Dd's have very complex needs.] She says you should get the number off the website and ring them to speak to someone. Don't try to do it online.
