We got our date 24 th January for tribunal over Ot we got it in statement but struggling to get it provided also no mention of equipment

Now just waiting to hear back from private Ot I contacted

ours is 10th january xx

RTB if its on the statement have you tried a formal complaint to chief exec / Local Govt Ombudsman? See IPSEA 'common problems'. I appreciate you might need the tribunal over the equipment but for whats on the statement already there should be a quicker way.

trouble is the nhs wont provide come Setember as he is out of the area they cover,

I have put it all in writing nd will send it of as well .Thye have got some bits in part 6 that should not be some of he ot stuff there trying fob of as health needs

Like able to use apen or another way to record what he is learning is a educational need kinda essential when you cant talk

yep why im going ther eis no mention of the fact he wears afos , needs wheelchair in part 2 either .

yep exactly im like ffs not holding apen is pretty central to his education as is making sure he is seating correctly ,But i need to proove that ot will help with this ffs how cna i proove it.
