dd3 had another ot assessment a couple of weeks ago, we were there 1 1/2 hours in the end, supposed to be 1/2 hour! She asked loads of questions as she wasn't the one we'd seen before and so I found it hard to get a word in edgeways, but she answered my questions and was friendly. Didn't get any feedback during the session as she said she wanted to go over everything before deciding what to recommend.

Received her report today and must say it's pretty good compared to the last one, she really seemed to have "got" dd3, bit surprised really. Her recommendations, all 21 of them are pretty good, spent a long time wondering what going on an animal walk was until I realised it was the exercise sheet she'd included further back. She's told me where I can get the scissors she recommended and enclosed a sensory questionnaire to work through. AND she sent a copy of it all to school saying she would be in to visit and offer training, sorry, know what troubles you've had. Need to go find some more info on handwriting now.

we get the same with physio, usually a program printed off before we leave with extra copies for school.

is there any way you could request a different ot in the same team? Honestly I would expect more and wouldn't be happy with that either, otherwise there's not much point going.
