my is statmented secondary school in another county, the schools which they put to me had the boys that bullied my son where going there.new secondary 36 miles away from me all i asked was for them to transport him the rest of the way 7 miles. my son has klinefilters syndrome.he gets D L A as well and iam on incomesupport.pls help

Hmm, sadly from my experience an LEA will refuse to transport beyond closest suitable school- am aware of a similar case ehre and parents ended up pay9ing a top up

I would suggest making a call to the group SOS!SEN (google them) as they are immensely good at this sort of thing.
