Does anyone know how long must we wait for a proposed statement? We had our emergency review on 28 June. However, the first proposed review statement was on 13 April but only I got a copy, school did not etc, and luckily we did not sign it etc. as major problems blew up after the deadline. Anyway, does anyone know how long the local authority can take to issue a statement after an emergency review and will it be a proposed or final statemet?
Also, I think the Ed Psych has not seen my son since June 2009 at the review of last year's proposed statement. Is that in my favour especially since school knew they were having problems with him - unless they asked her for advice informally, in which case, does she have to record it?
