DLA application redone at last!

Right that's it. A day of my life I will never get back.

I started work on it this morning. Eventually, I looked at the clock and thought 'blardy hell it's 10.40' - let's crack on and do this by lunchtime.

Well it was 6.20 before I finished.

The DLA re-assessment application that is!

Sorry to be so precise about timings but I'm flabbergasted it took so long.

I now have 43 pages of additional details to pad out the original app and 2 folders full of appendices

How can my bollocky toss OT say he doesn't really need more help? That's why we have to see her every blardy month about the fact he can't use a knife and fork, write, fasten buttons, etc etc

Anyway, BIG THANKS to Streaky and others for help with the re-submission.

Well done!

Have a glass of wine and a big piece of chocolate cake. You've earned them.

Oh you must feel so relieved to have it out of the way! Well done for getting it finished and good luck for the outcome.

Good job done

You must be glad it's over - & now the waiting

sugarcandymonster · 11/07/2010 08:30

Wow, that sounds like a marathon session!

You must feel emotionally drained - I did mine in little bits because I couldn't deal with doing it in one go like that.

Hope you don't have to wait too long for a decision.
