Good school for PMLD in SE England please??

Hi, Just found-out that DD has PMLD . She is 3 plus. Can anyone please recommend a good primary school in SE England. We are willing to move to give her the best chance in life. Thanks so much.

It must be so hard for you now
Try the special needs children's area - there are lots of experienced people there
