What should I ask?

I have a more detailed thread on this here, but briefly: Ds is 7, in yr 2 and I have recently worked out he is 2 years behind where he should be (working yr r level). I should have had a 10 minute meeting with his teacher on Thursday (she has since cancelled this) and today have arranged a meeting with the SENCo on Friday. As far as I am aware, he is not on SA, SA+ or has an IEP, although he is, apparently, included in the precision teaching group.

Basically, what questions should I be asking at the meeting with the SENCo, what outcomes should I be looking for, what expectations should I have?

I have limited experience of this, and would greatly appreciate the knowledge I know many of you have.

Many thanks in advance

Brill he is in Precision Teaching group 9excellent way of learning when done properly) I'd be asking about this and what you can do at home to complement this work.

I keep on telling everyone I know but the best online reading programme (and subject of my MSc) which uses same principles as Precision Teaching is
Headsprout

Will cost about £150 which gives you over 20 hours of the best quality reading instruction you are ever likely to encounter.
