Help on what to write when applying for a statement

Hi all

Firstly i would like to thank Attila, Magso and Electra for helping me so far.

I have got my letter drafted for my son's statement(thanks Magso that website was brilliant) but do i just need to 'list' all his problems in my view - would that be acceptable tot he LEA? Its not until i have gone through all his reports that i have again relaised how many problems he has got
Im getting myself into a right little pickle here and im getting to the point where i dont know what to do next This is so hard!

Can someone please help me with this?

Ive written it and included everything i can really and said that my child needs 1-2-1 support as the school cannot meet his needs through their resources amoungst other things, so fingers crossed.
