Word Finding Difficulties

DS was referred to a speech therapists when he was 2.5 because of unclear speech. By the time he got to 5 it was really only c and t and f and s that he a little trouble with. When he started school he struggled with reading despite obviously being very bright, so the SALT was asked to see if the speech was the problem.
She did various tests and wrote a report. He was over a year ahead on his vocabulary and an adult rating on his TROG test. She did mention that she felt he had some word finding difficulties.

He is 13 now reads well but still has problems with writing and particularly spelling. He is on the SEN register at school and manages really well in top set.
However he said to me the other day that he has a problem with word finding in class. Apart from french and german he always takes a very active part in class so it's not holding him back. He is fine at home.

However I realise now that I have the same problem particularly when I am stressed. It can be very frustrating know what you want to say but that word won't come.

Are there any excercises or games that we can do to help?
