ADHD brain

I’ve read that an adhd brain matures more slowly than “normal” brains.
what does this look like for a 7 year girl?

We’re awaiting a diagnosis but I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what is being unreasonable and unkind and what is ADHD. Her sister has ASD so they do not bend for each other at all. and I don’t have much of a bench mark to judge by.

At seven, ADHD can look like big emotions, impulsive behaviour and struggling with things other children may manage more easily. It sounds exhausting, especially with both children having different needs, so please be kind to yourself while you wait for support.

My DS is both autistic and ADHD.

Its took me so long to realise what is what.

Can you give some examples
