as I lay awake at 3am again pondering my career choices, I'm hoping that some of you may take 5 minutes to answer a few questions. For context I'm a burnt out SENDCo looking to set up a business to support families and children. I no longer want to be constrained by school policies, instead I want to actually help children and families.
