Hello,

I am reapplying for a blue badge for my daughter who has learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism and is epileptic.
I just need to some help understanding this question, What affects them taking a journey between a vehicle and their destination?

Can you say a bit more about what you mean, OP?

That question needs you to explain what difficulties DC has moving from the vehicle to where they are going. For example, what difficulties do they have going from the vehicle (e.g. car, van, WAV) to the hospital/school/shop building?

The difficulties will depend on DC’s individual needs. For example, frequent of seizures because of their epilepsy, challenging behaviour because of their autism, lack of danger awareness because of their autism and learning difficulties, overwhelming anxiety and distress causing inability to walk and shutdowns…
