SEND Tribunal final evidence - please help!

I have taken the LA to tribunal for refusal to assess. The final evidence deadline is Friday. I have an updated SALT report, SEN plan, letter of support from school and my own statement.

my question is do I also need to submit again the documents that I included with my original EHCNA request and tribunal appeal? Things like the ASD diagnostic report, previous SEN plans, and my original letter to the tribunal when I lodged the appeal. The tribunal has those documents already so am I correct that I don’t need to resubmit them with my final evidence?

You are right. You don’t need to submit what you have already submitted. The bundle will include anything you sent when appealing. The LA should have submitted anything else they considered when making the decision.
