SEND35 form / tribunal paperwork advice

We’ve just had our first EHCP released. We are taking to tribunal as setting (and pretty much everything tbh!) is inappropriate or inadequate)

I'm filling in the form for tribunal & it’s a nightmare! Limited space to type & writing keeps disappearing!!

from looking online it seems to be ok to type answers on a word document & put see attached in the boxes (if I can get it in there!!) just looking for reassurance from someone who has done this that it is ok in reality?!?!? Or not…..

so much red tape & don’t want to give them cause to delay further!!

thanks for any advice!!

Are you using the online version or editing the downloaded version and sending via email? If you are trying to do the former, I would do the latter.

Yes, you can continue on extra sheets or start on an extra sheet and put see attached.

@ExistingonCoffee Thanks so much for replying! I’ve tried both methods & pulling my hair out so have done it on word doc now & very grateful for your reassurance it will be accepted!!

they don’t make a single part of this process easy do they!! 😖

You can write " see separate sheet" and type it on A4.
That's what I did.

@DancingOctopus thanks, that’s what I did in the end! All sent in just waiting for date now!
